Coby Boulware

Coby’s uncommon blend of entrepreneurial success and elite athletics provides clients with experience and professionalism beyond his years. A former D1 Freshman All-American at TCU and graduate of the University of Arkansas, he transitioned the principles honed on the baseball diamond to business. Playing a key role in scaling and running his family’s business, Baum Bat, leading to its acquisition by Marucci Sports and later Fox Factory. Possessing refined qualities, a servant-focused mindset, and passionate personality, Coby is a sought-after advisor who consistently helps clients achieve their commercial real estate goals.

Having lived in over five states and been involved in managing real estate and investments, Coby has developed the ability to connect with people from all walks of life and gain understanding of diverse markets. Faith serves as the foundation of his life, guiding his marriage, friendships, and purpose. An active church member, Coby assists in operating the church’s social media accounts. Since 2018, he and his wife, also a licensed real estate professional, have called the Southlake area home. During his leisure time, some of Coby’s passions include working out, cars, traveling, dirt biking, and water sports on Eagle Mountain Lake. He is grateful to be part of the Glacier Commercial Realty Team, where company values align with his own.
