After joining Glacier Commercial in late 2022, Jake Copeland quickly established himself as one of the firm’s most driven and dynamic young professionals. Since starting, he has closed over $30 million in transaction volume across office, industrial, flex, and land assets—earning the trust of clients and peers alike.

Recognized for his early success and leadership potential, Jake was quickly promoted to Vice President—a reflection of his performance, commitment, and long-term impact within the firm.

A proud graduate of Southlake Carroll High School, Jake was a standout linebacker for the Dragons before continuing his football career at Baylor University, where he earned his BBA in Business Management and Logistics while playing linebacker and strong safety. He brings the same discipline, leadership, and competitive edge from the field into every deal he works.

Rooted in the markets he knows best—Tarrant and Denton Counties—Jake specializes in tenant and landlord representation, buyer and seller advisory, and land transactions for users and investors. His clients benefit from his sharp local insight, strong deal instincts, and ability to navigate complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Before launching his real estate career, Jake gained valuable construction-side experience at Fortune 1000 homebuilder D.R. Horton, which continues to inform his understanding of development and site strategy.

Outside of the office, Jake enjoys time on the lake, in the mountains, and on the golf course or gym—balancing high performance with his passions for fitness, food, and family.
